Personality Assessment Tests-

       Personality assessments are systematic assessments that aim to measure various aspects of someone’s personality and behaviors, such as interpersonal skills, values, temperament, introversion, extroversion, what drives them to succeed, and more. Most of us are familiar with some of our strengths and some of our weaknesses – but not all of them. Without a complete picture of both, you’re hampered by over-confidence, self-doubt, a lack of clarity – or all three.

       Personality tests can boost confidence because they are designed to reveal your strengths so you can leverage them to transform your life. When you know what your talents are, you're able to lean into them as a tool for getting what you want. With the help of a personality inventory, you're able to frame your weaknesses within the greater context of your strengths.

       We have Goleman, Boyatzis & Hay group Competency based Model (This is the Industry standard when it comes to Emotional Intelligence Assessment). We are using that for EI assessment & Coaching framework.

Emotional Intelligence Assessment Tests

Test Description
1.Emotional Intelligence - Competency Based Assessment (self) This test helps you improve your self-awareness, Social awareness, Selfmanagement and relationship management.
2.Emotional Intelligence - Derailer Detector Assessment Derailer is a weakness that requires improvement if we are to realize our potential. This test identifies the top characteristics which can trump your EI
3.Emotional Style Assessment (Neuroscience based work) Brain circuit make the experience of particular emotions and moods. EI style is the configuration of how these circuits function, which determines a consistent way of responding to the experiences of life.
4.360-degree employee evaluation assessment (manager level 4-5, peer group 4-5, managing people 4-5) In this assessment, employee receive confidential, anonymous evaluation from the people who work around them. It measures employee performance using feedback from 6 to 10 peoples, including an employee selfevaluation, to provide a comprehensive look at an employee’s efficiency, productivity, contributions and work behaviour.
5.Tools with Counselling Session for the Client Different tools are given to client to improve EI. The follow up is done weekly for first month. Afterwards once in a month for 6 month or 12 months, depends on case to case.
